Welcome to GaGServers ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, including RDP/VPS servers, Proxies, Gift cards, Virtual cards and other digital goods, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Terms

1.1. By visiting our website or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
1.3. Our platform does not require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for any user. You can use all services without providing personal identification.


2.1. Our RDP/VPS servers are provided as-is and we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
2.2. You are responsible for using the servers legally. Activities such as hacking, spamming, phishing or any illegal actions are strictly prohibited.
2.3. We do not allow the use of US-based servers for spamming or scanning activities.
2.4. No refunds will be issued once the server is delivered and activated.

3. Proxies

3.1. We act as a reseller for multiple proxy providers, giving our users access to a wide range of proxies at the best and most competitive prices on the market.

• Residential ISP Proxies – real residential IPs with ISP-level reliability.
• Static Residential Proxies – stable, long-term IPs for consistent sessions.
• Rotating & Sticky Residential Proxies – fresh or fixed IPs for tasks requiring flexibility.

3.3. Proxies are available with charging by IP, long-term active ISP options, and traffic-based usage measured in GB, allowing users to select the most cost-effective plan for their needs.
3.4. Availability, performance, and features may vary depending on the provider, but we ensure all options are offered at cheaper rates than other platforms.
4. Gift Cards & Digital Goods

4.1. All gift card sales are final. We do not accept refunds or replacements once the code is delivered.
4.2. You are responsible for checking the region and validity of the gift cards before purchase.
4.3. We do not guarantee that third-party platforms will accept or support any gift card purchased from us.

5. Social Media Services

5.1. We offer social media-related services, such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Snapchat accounts and a lot of types.
5.2. We do not guarantee account longevity, as third-party platforms have their own policies and may disable accounts at any time.
5.3. Any misuse of the provided accounts, including violating platform policies, is the user's responsibility.

6. Virtual Cards

6.1. Virtual cards are non-refundable and cannot be used for unauthorized transactions.
6.2. You must ensure that the virtual card is compatible with the platform where you intend to use it.
6.3. We are not responsible for any limitations imposed by third-party merchants on the use of virtual cards.

7. Payments & Refunds

7.1. Payments must be completed before any service is provided.
7.2. We accept payments through Payeer and other supported payment gateways.
7.3. Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the purchased service.
7.4. Chargebacks or disputes without valid reasoning may result in account suspension or service termination.
7.5. All transactions must comply with Payeer’s policies and guidelines.

8. Account Security & Responsibility

8.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
8.2. We are not liable for any unauthorized access, account loss, or service disruption due to user negligence.

9. Service Availability & Limitations

9.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
9.2. We are not responsible for downtime or disruptions caused by external factors, including third-party service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
